St. John's School
For the Parents
At St. John’s School, Kasimkota, we value the vital role parents play in every child’s growth.
This page provides key information, guidelines, and resources to help you stay connected with your child’s school life.

Safety First
The safety and well-being of our students are our top priorities.
Our school follows strict safety protocols, including CCTV surveillance, trained staff, and secure transportation.
Regular safety drills, health check-ups, and staff supervision ensure a safe and caring environment for every child.
Arriving at School
To ensure a smooth start to the school day, students are expected to arrive between 8:15 AM and 8:30 AM.
Attendance will be marked by 9:00 AM, after which late arrivals must report to the office with a valid reason.
Parents are requested to ensure punctuality and to pick up children promptly at dispersal time.

Uniform
The St. John’s uniform represents discipline and unity.
Students are expected to wear clean, well-pressed uniforms and polished shoes each day.
On Saturdays or activity days, students may wear the designated sports uniform.
Uniform details and purchase options are available through the school office.

Holidays & Absence
Regular attendance is essential for academic success.
Parents are requested to inform the school in advance of any planned absence.
In case of illness, a medical certificate must be provided for absences longer than three days.
A detailed academic calendar and holiday list are shared with parents at the beginning of each term.

Parent Communication
Transparent communication between home and school helps every student thrive.
We keep parents informed through circulars, WhatsApp updates, class announcements, and Parent–Teacher Meetings.
Feedback and suggestions are always welcome to strengthen our partnership.

Academic Support
Our teachers provide individual attention to ensure each student’s growth.
Extra help sessions and remedial classes are arranged whenever needed to support academic success.

Character & Leadership
Programs like NCC and Scouts & Guides foster discipline, teamwork, and responsibility.
We encourage parents to support their children’s participation in these initiatives that build lifelong values.
